As an Account Manager on our Commercial Lines Team, you'll be the trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate their insurance needs with confidence and clarity. What You'll Do:

• Take ownership of a dedicated book of business, building lasting relationships with clients.
• Provide expert guidance on commercial insurance products and services.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to deliver competitive, customized quotes from top carriers.
• Handle new applications, renewals, and supplemental questionnaires with precision.
• Proactively develop and expand accounts, ensuring clients are fully covered.
• Advocate for clients by following up on adverse decisions and ensuring fair outcomes.
• Maintain timely, professional communication and exceptional client service.
• Resolve RMV issues and master internal processes to keep things running smoothly.
• Keep detailed records and contribute to special projects that drive innovation.

What You Bring:

• Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).
• 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance/account management.
• Proven ability to manage large, multi-state accounts.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with Sagitta and other desktop applications.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Self-motivated, organized, and ready to make an impact.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Based out of Hartford, CT

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

United Healthcare - 82% of premium paid (single) Spouse/family not covered Group life at no cost Commission sharing agreement Accounts brought in 50% commission Bonus - may be eligible 401k Federal holidays off Vacation can typically match 5 week max 5 paid sick days Close at 3pm every Friday

This is a hybrid position in Great Barrington, MA.
