We are seeking a licensed professional counselor (LPC) or licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) to help our growing group practice in the Fredericksburg, Texas.
Role Overview

Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexibility on which 3 days a week you are working
Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units
Conduct documentation at home with Provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patient

Key Responsibilities

Perform assessments and therapy sessions
Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
Ensure timely and accurate documentation

Requirements

Hold a valid full license as either LPC/LMHC
Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required

Expected compensation is fee for service range of $55,000 to $65,000 with no cap on productivity income potential. This is based on a 3 day work week.Please note: we are not able to hire licensed clinical social workers for this position
