24-hour call coverage -- 7+ day stretches required
2 - 3 patient encounters per shift -- 2 admissions average
4 phone consults per shift with unassigned patient rounding
Level 1 trauma experience preferred
Advanced endoscopic and laparoscopic surgery capabilities required
Proficiency in robotic surgery and complex urologic procedures
Experience with renal transplant surgery preferred
Comprehensive urologic surgery skills including ESWL and prosthetics
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
