This role involves performing various manual labor tasks such as loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials within the facility. Responsibilities

• Move materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.
• Sort and place materials up to 20 pounds on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequences such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Count items to ensure conformance to company standards.
• Mark materials with identifying information.
• Open bales, crates, or other containers if needed.
• Record the amount of materials or items received or distributed.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

Essential Skills

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence.
• Ability to write short correspondence.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Computer savvy.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Preferred High School diploma.

Work Environment

Work in a large, loud industrial production facility. Safety is a priority, so you must be comfortable wearing steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and ear plugs. The role involves bending, lifting, and twisting repetitively to move heavy material throughout the facility. The shifts run from Monday to Friday with additional hours on Saturdays as needed, especially during the busy holiday season.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buena Park, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.67 - $20.67/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
