Material Handler

We are seeking dedicated Material Handlers to join our team. This position involves operating forklifts and other material handling equipment, utilizing RF scanners, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate both sit down and stand up forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Utilize RF scanners for inventory management.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks promptly.
• Organize materials and stage products for distribution.
• Lift materials weighing 20-30 lbs.

Essential Skills

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in warehouse picking and packing.
• Experience operating forklifts.
• Proficiency in using RF scanners.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• General labor experience.
• Ability to work with pallet jacks.
• Experience in warehouse inventory management.

Work Environment

The role is based in a distribution center operating on the first shift, Monday through Friday from 6am to 2pm. Occasionally, overtime may be required on Saturdays. The environment is dynamic, with opportunities for growth and hands-on training.

Job Type & Location

This is a position based out of Jefferson, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.60 - $22.85/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
