Shift Maintenance Mechanic

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Shift Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth operations within our facility.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain manufacturing equipment such as roller machines, CNC, brake press, and punch press.
• Fabricate equipment according to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery.
• Maintain the facility and associated equipment.
• Collaborate with maintenance vendors.
• Complete and submit company purchase requisitions.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance.
• Proficiency with pneumatics and PLCs, including troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of 3-phase motors, specifically 220 voltage, is preferred.
• Experience with Siemens and Allen-Bradley Industrial Controls.
• Ability to read blueprints and experience in fabrication.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial machine repair.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Journeyman card preferred.
• Mechanically inclined and able to perform physical labor, including lifting and operating machinery.
• Strong safety and attendance record.
• Initiative and ability to work both in a team and individually.
• Ability to multitask and work all shifts and overtime.

Work Environment:

The position is located in a climate-controlled manufacturing and production facility for roofing products. The role requires flexibility with shifts, including the ability to work until 4:30 PM.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX 75237.

Pay and Benefits:
