1st shift Machine Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a 1st shift Machine Operator to join their team. As a 1st shift Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 1st shift Machine Operator

Location: Owatonna, MN

Pay Range: $20.50

Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Operate all production and processing equipment efficiently and within quality standards
• Record all raw materials used, machine functions, and finished goods in batch records
• Identify and adjust machine settings to meet customer specifications
• Perform machine maintenance, assembly, disassembly, and cleaning
• Operate testing equipment to ensure product quality and compliance

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED 
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write basic correspondence
• Basic math skills and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Previous forklift experience and certification preferred
• Basic computer skills are a plus
