Location: Richmond, VA

Schedule: 1st Shift (6:00 AM 2:30 PM, with potential overtime until 4:30 PM)

This hands-on role involves working in a clean, climate-controlled environment, assembling components and supporting daily manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components using hand and power tools
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
• Operate equipment such as overhead cranes and lifts
• Follow diagrams and instructions to ensure accurate assembly
• Perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 60 lbs), climbing, and standing for extended periods

Qualifications

• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams or schematics
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Comfortable with physical labor and prolonged standing
• High School Diploma or GED required for permanent placement

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
