You will get the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks including working in the kitchen preparing food and/or helping customers in the ordering process in our drive-thru, front counter, McDelivery, mobile app, or kiosks.

• Providing customers with a great experience

Position requirements:

All you need is an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow, consistency and reliability, and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment. We'll teach you the rest. For part-time or full-time job opportunities- give us a try. You must be 18 years of age or older to work as an Overnight Crew Team Member at McDonald's. Below are representatives of what must be met by a crew member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

• Ability to work on your feet for several hours at a time
• Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time
• Lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Kneel, bend, or twist
• Reach and grab objects above your head and/or below your waistline
• Good verbal and written communication
• Cleaning tables, floors, and other areas of the Restaurant
• Taking orders from Customers and processing payments efficiently and accurately
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to comply with Company policies
• Work in a fast-paced, high-activity area
