What You'll Do:

Build strong, caring relationships with toddlers and their families
Design fun, hands-on activities that support learning and development
Create routines that build children's confidence and independence
Foster creativity, curiosity, and social-emotional growth
Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing classroom environment
Collaborate with a co-teacher and leadership team to meet each child's needs

You're a Great Fit If You:

Have experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-age children
Understand early childhood development and positive behavior guidance
Communicate clearly with children, coworkers, and families
Are dependable, proactive, and team-oriented

Requirements:

Experience working in a preschool or licensed child care center preferred
CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
Able to pass background check and meet state licensing standards

Compensation: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
