Year Round Rough/Finisher Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled and reliable carpenter to join our team for year-round work specializing in both rough and finish carpentry. The ideal candidate will have experience in framing, trim work, cabinetry, and general construction tasks. This position offers consistent work throughout all seasons with a focus on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

 Pay can range between $20-$32 per hour to start (experience dependent) and is paid weekly. We offer full dental, health, vision, and medical insurance as well as access to additional benefits.

Those interested must have the following:

• At minimum of 1-3 years of professional finish/rough carpentry experience (pay is dependent on experience)

• Hand tools and PPE

• Awareness and Pride in workmanship

• Good communication skills, reliability, accountability, and the desire to work hard and grow

• Reliable transportation to work daily

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
