Essential Functions:

• Conduct CT and X-Ray procedures with minimal supervision.
• Gather patient history, clarify procedures, and address any concerns.
• Produce detailed computerized tomographic and conventional radiographs as per departmental procedures.
• Execute various technical procedures to apply ionizing radiation for pathology detection.
• Manage equipment to expose x-ray film and document PACS imaging accurately.
• Operate equipment safely and uphold SimonMed standards during all procedures.
• Foster professional relationships with coworkers and facility staff.
• Apply standard concepts, practices, and procedures in your work.
• Utilize experience and judgment to plan and achieve objectives.
• Work under general supervision.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• A.R.R.T. registration as a Radiography Technologist is required.
• Certification as a Radiologic Technologist by the State is necessary.
• A valid hands-on CPR certification is mandatory.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This role may involve lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, prolonged sitting, and frequent standing and walking.

DRESS ATTIRE: Business casual or scrubs, depending on departmental requirements.
