Workplace Experience Coordinator
As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building. This role is part of the Workplace Experience function, focusing on providing exceptional service to clients and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, prepare documents for distribution, and ensure timely delivery.
- Assist with employee inquiries, provide general administrative support, and help resolve routine concerns.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all entering the facility, greeting them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, issuing visitor and parking passes, and following security protocols.
- Answer the telephone in a professional manner, create presentations, and speak to various-sized groups.
- Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor.
- Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed and coordinate workplace services including mail, office supply services, and onboarding.
- Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers, providing solutions in a professional, customer service-driven manner.
- Organize and manage on-site events, including securing event space, setting up and tearing down the room, and delivering supplies.
- Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.
- Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace.
- Explain detailed and/or complicated information within the team and follow specific directions as given by management.
Essential Skills:
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Up to 2 years of job-related experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Work Environment:
This position requires working onsite with a focus on delivering excellent customer service in a dynamic workplace setting. The role involves interaction with various stakeholders, adherence to security protocols, and collaboration with vendors. The environment is fast-paced, requiring effective communication and organizational skills.
Job Type & Location:
This is a contract position based out of San Francisco, California.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
