Anduril's Workplace Operations team is seeking a Workplace Manager to join us. The Workplace Operations team is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the operational aspects of a work environment to ensure efficiency, productivity, and a positive work experience and reports through the Director of Facilities.
As a Workplace Manager, you will assist in developing and managing the operations of a world class facilities program. The right candidate will have strong analytical ability, exceptional communication skills, ability to build business partnerships with third party providers and ability to resolve challenging problems with minimal guidance.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day office operations which includes cross-functional coordination with Production, R&D, Business Development, IT, Recruitment, and Senior Executives in our Lexington, MA office.
• Full ownership of projects including planning, managing, coordinating new office space set-ups, build-outs, moves, and space utilization planning.
• Ability to execute basic facility tasks, and assist with planning for, installing, and maintaining new equipment. Oversee vendor management of maintenance and repairs.
• Manage ticketing and purchase orders. Distribute and present project progress reports, documentation, and updates.
• Collaborate with equipment owners on future equipment moves and planning that is inclusive of the space, ensuring the utilities are in place and the workflow is efficient for all.
• Collaborate tightly with Environmental, Safety, and Health to ensure we are compliant.
• Responsible for resolving workplace activities
• Maintain fire suppression, HVAC, plumbing, and other general utility repairs that support our spaces.
• Help to set the culture of the company by working with the senior leadership to create a can-do, customer focused working environment and present a professional image.
• Own all seating and space utilization planning, including onboarding of new hires & internal events.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience supporting startup or aerospace.
• You have strong organizational and time management skills.
• A blend of operational expertise and strategic thinking with a proven ability to solve complex workplace challenges.
• Experience using data and analytics to inform decisions and implement measurable improvements.
• Your communication skills are strong both verbally and written.
• You're both high ownership and low ego, approaching everything with strong outcome orientation and high humility.
• You're an independent worker who can work with ambiguity and drive to outcomes with minimal oversight.
• You have a strong attention to detail and an attitude of 100% compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.
• You have experience in multi-site management.
• You love solving complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems in a people-centric way.
• Up to 25% travel to US offices
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Previously worked at a fast-paced tech company or rapidly growing manufacturer.
• Experience managing day-to-day operations and projects

US Salary Range $86,000-$114,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
