Wfs System Analyst

A fortune 100 company is seeking a WFS System Analyst for a long term contract that can sit remote. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing, Workforce Software (WFS) solutions, ensuring they meet the business requirements and improve overall HR processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight during the Workforce Software Time and Attendance, Absence Management, Integration, and Reporting implementations.
• Conduct strategy sessions to assess business processes, gather and document business requirements, and configure Workforce Software solutions accordingly.
• Configure Workforce Software solutions to align with business goals and compliance needs.
• Enabling standard reports and translations, and support system integrations to enhance Workforce Software functionality.
• Contribute to process improvements and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with the internal team.
• Perform Unit Testing, PIT (Product Integration Testing), conduct payroll parallel testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and data validation before go-live.
• Collaborate with other SF module leads to identify potential system enhancements and process optimizations.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and team members to enhance their understanding and utilization of WFS.
• Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in WFS and system analysis.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system performance.
• Be flexible to learn additional SAP SuccessFactors modules and undergo training to enhance consulting expertise.
