Job Summary
We are seeking a Workday Configurator with experience in implementing Workday VNDLY to support system integration and configuration efforts.
This role involves working closely with HRT and ATS teams to ensure seamless workflows, data migration, and integration with procurement systems such as Ariba.
The ideal candidate will be involved in transitioning from Fieldglass and supporting the broader Workday ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation and configuration of Workday VNDLY, including workflows and integrations.
Collaborate with HRT and ATS teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business processes.
Assist in the migration of data from legacy systems, including Fieldglass, to Workday VNDLY.
Ensure accurate tracking of job requisitions, interview processes, time, and payment workflows.
Coordinate integration efforts with procurement systems such as Ariba.
Provide input and support for system implementation led by the selected SI (System Integrator).
Participate in testing, validation, and troubleshooting of configurations and integrations.
Support post-implementation activities and optimization efforts.

Required Qualifications

Experience implementing or configuring Workday VNDLY.
Understanding of contingent workforce management workflows.
Familiarity with procurement systems such as Ariba.
Experience with system integration and data migration projects.
Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Fieldglass sunset or migration projects.
Familiarity with ATS and HRT systems and workflows.
Location preference: Dallas (preferred), open to Atlanta.

Education: Bachelors Degree
