Our client, a Door Manufacturing company, is seeking a Woodworker to join their team. As a Woodworker, you will be part of the Production Department supporting Assembly, Finishing, and Shipping Teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, dependability, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
 

Job Title: Woodworker

Location: North Java, NY 

Pay Range: $18-24
 

What’s the Job?

• Perform sanding, priming, assembly, and shipping operations
• Assemble doors including hardware, hinges, and jamb installation
• Operate sanding and priming tools (hand and machine)
• Prepare finished products for various shipping methods
• Maintain product quality and work area cleanliness

What’s Needed?

• Entry-level role; high school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to safely operate basic woodshop tools and sanding equipment
• Basic knowledge of priming, staining, and assembly
• Willingness to perform physical tasks and lift as needed
• Ability to follow directions and work with precision
