Job Description / Essential Skills:
The core responsibilities of this role revolve around providing comprehensive support for wireless services. This includes:

Wireless Service Management:
- Handling requests for wireless feature changes.
- Implementing program changes.
- Addressing service interruptions.
- Managing general cellular services.
- Facilitating 3rd party (3P) access requirements.
- Processing transfers of billing responsibility.
- Assisting with porting lines to other carriers.
Mobile App Technical Support:
- Identifying and resolving technical issues within mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms.
Network and Device Troubleshooting:
- Troubleshooting network connectivity problems.
- Diagnosing and resolving device functionality issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Desirable Skills: (Note: The desirable skills listed are identical to the essential skills, indicating these are all highly valued.)

Fulfilling requests for wireless feature changes, program changes, service interruptions, cellular services, 3P access requirements, transfers of billing responsibility, porting lines to other carriers, etc.
Identifying and resolving technical issues in mobile apps on both iOS and Android platforms.
Troubleshooting network connectivity and device functionality to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

Competencies:

IoT for Telecom (Cellular): Knowledge or experience with Internet of Things applications within the telecommunications (cellular) sector.
Digital / Assurance : Mobile Application Testing: Proficiency in testing mobile applications, likely including aspects of digital assurance (ensuring quality and performance of digital services).

Experience:

6-8 years of experience relevant to the described skills and competencies.
