Crew Chief Position

Responsibilities
- Assist Management with leading teams through shift or dayparts
- Supervise the activities of crew members.
- Ensure all stations are staffed, stocked, organized and ready to meet goals
- Maintain a clean, friendly and welcoming restaurant for our guests
- Oversee break rotation and delegation of tasks during peak and non-peak operational hours
- Assist with training new team members in their area of responsibility
- Ensure service in all areas meet the standards for quality and cleanliness
- Educate crew members on proper food handling procedures and guest service
- Handle guest complaints, taking prompt and appropriate action to resolve any issues
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in the hospitality industry
- Sound knowledge of the food service industry
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional guest service skills
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum Age is 18 years.
