Assisting Hands Richmond is growing. We are lookin for a a competent WEEKEND STAFFING COORDINATOR to be our first respondent to any issues or situations (both emergency and non-emergency) that may arise on the weekends.
This is a front-line position with regular contact with clients and care providers. Since the on-call staff work outside of normal office hours, you must be able to perform with minimal supervision.
Duties include, but not limited to:
1. Dealing with call-out situations as they arise and be cognizant and comfortable with our call-out procedures
2. Keeping the Executive Administrator informed of any issues or occurrences and to seek guidance and support from the Administrator where necessary
3. Conducting yourself in a professional and appropriate manner at all times.

Compensation: $12.50 per hour plus bonus opportunities
