Instructional Aide

Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children every day? We're looking for a dedicated Instructional Aide to join our school-based team and support students with instructional and behavioral needs under the guidance of the special education department and classroom teachers.

Location: El Monte, California Schedule: Per diem MondayFriday, school hours

About the Role

As an Instructional Aide, you will:

• Provide instructional and behavioral support to students in classroom settings.
• Assist students with personal care, physical mobility, and therapeutic needs as directed by licensed professionals.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other school staff to ensure students receive the support they need to thrive.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
• Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Commitment to professional standards of practice
