Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support our shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. This role ensures the accurate and timely recording of warehouse transactions, prepares shipments, and manages incoming deliveries. You'll be instrumental in maintaining efficient warehouse workflows and ensuring high-quality product delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately record transactions related to shipping, receiving, and inventory.
• Load and unload finished goods and raw materials for customer delivery and internal transfers.
• Prepare shipping and receiving documentation for all inbound and outbound shipments.
• Operate forklifts and RF scanners to manage inventory movement and tracking.
• Perform clerical and administrative tasks to support warehouse operations.
• Maintain cleanroom standards and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and quality-driven deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse coordination

• Forklift certification preferred
• Experience with SAP is strongly preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
