Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate will be part of the locationâ€™s warehouse team, responsible for order pulling, inbound receiving, housekeeping, and other warehouse duties. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, cold environment. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated standup forklift experience and a commitment to long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform order selection, put-away, and scanning activities (50% of the role).
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse through housekeeping tasks (40% of the role).
Complete additional warehouse-related duties as assigned (10% of the role).
Operate equipment such as reach trucks (certified) and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Adhere strictly to all safety rules and regulations.
Effectively manage multiple priorities to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain workflow and operational standards.

Required Skills:

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs unassisted.
Ability to consistently work in a cold environment (32Â°F to 0Â°F).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Excellent attention to detail and sense of urgency.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills:

Minimum 1 year of demonstrated standup forklift experience.
Experience operating reach trucks and pallet jacks.
Candidates motivated for long-term, continued employment are highly preferred.

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
