Warehouse Administrative Clerk

Job Description
Primary Job Functions:

• Utilize the EXE System to manually place all waved orders in Pick Manager, allowing selection to begin
• Per the work-load on a shift, set-up the shipping dock via the PINC Yard Management System
• Net Invoice completed assignments in EXE, ensuring the stores are billed for items shipped and correct quantities are listed for all pallet types in EXE
• Create chase (shorted product) assignments in Pick Manager
• Maintains file for daily loading and production records
• Bomb and release all routed store orders within the EXE System in sequential order
• Assist in the resolution of problem pallets in Twilight Zone
• Performs other duties as assigned

The pay range is per hour, but no less than the local minimum wage. Starting rates will vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement but no less than the local minimum wage. Additional premiums for swing and grave shifts are available. Dependent on length of service, hours worked and any applicable collective bargaining agreement, benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO/Vacation pay (accrued based on hours worked), paid holidays (between 7-9 days annually), bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k) eligibility).
