A growing organization is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Sales to join its executive team. This strategic leader will drive sales growth, lead a high-performing team, and build strong relationships with key partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a sales team to deliver outstanding results.
- Manage key accounts and foster long-term client relationships.
- Utilize data and market insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support company objectives.
Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing high-value retail partner accounts.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Analytical, results-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
