What you’ll do:
Responsibilities
- Grow ADP’s Business While Growing Your Team’s . You will work with your team to attain or exceed 100% of assigned sales quota within the required product mix. You will prepare a business plan to identify how the area/regions will achieve the assigned sales goals and work closely with direct reports to implement the business plan. You will manage the area’s net sales expense (NSE), direct and indirect selling and setup expense budget objectives.
- Grow Your People . You will provide coaching, counseling, and direction to direct reports to ensure their continued professional growth and development. You will manage the implementation and proper execution of Career Development and succession plans, build for future strength, and communicate career pathing opportunities. You will obtain action plans from sales management to improve performance, manage staffing levels, retention, employee relations, performance management, and effective communication. You will ensure Divisional EEO/Affirmative Action Plans and goals are attained through involvement in recruiting, selection, and promotion.
- Collaborate . You will work closely with other functional areas to ensure smooth implementation of sales.
- Report and Help to Improve . You’ll prepare a Monthly Situation Report and establish reports forecasting accounts that will close. You will review corporate lead generation by region, assess results, and provide feedback and recommendations to the Division VP of Sales and Marketing.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years total sales experience plus substantial senior sales management experience, with a proven ability to manage a large sales team. Demonstrated leadership, professionalism, and business planning capability. Partnered with General Management and Operations to achieve sales, revenue, profit, and client retention objectives.
A college degree is great but not required. If no degree, acceptable alternate experience includes:
- 8–10 years total sales experience plus substantial senior sales management experience as noted above, OR
- Military Experience. We value veterans for discipline, commitment, and problem-solving abilities.
