Vice President of Fitness

Fitness Leader

Lead the Fitness function across all clubs to deliver standout member experiences and profitable growth. Own the fitness business: strategy, execution, talent, systems, and results.

Travel: 50%

What You'll Do:

• Own the fitness P&L across clubs; set targets and deliver revenue, margin, and labor efficiency.
• Raise member satisfaction for PT clients through consistent service standards and coaching.
• Run the playbook: deploy and drive adoption of Enhance and other PT tools/programs.
• Build the team: recruit, develop, and lead all fitness staff.
• Level up capability: design and deliver training that improves PT knowledge, skills, and performance.
• Partner with Marketing to create and optimize campaigns that grow fitness awareness and conversion.
• Manage performance using KPIs; inspect what matters and course-correct quickly.
• Scale what works: standardize best practices and launch strategic programs across markets.

What You Bring:

• Multi-unit fitness leadership with proven success in Personal Training.
• A track record of growing revenue and profitability.
• Strength in recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with Operations and Marketing.
• Clear communicator with a bias for action; passionate about fitness and member experience.

How Success Is Measured:

• PT revenue and margin vs. target
• Member satisfaction and client retention
• KPI attainment (conversion, utilization, sessions per client, labor %)
• Tool/program adoption and training completion
• Quality and stability of PT leadership bench
