Licensed Veterinary Technician

VCA Colonial Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our overnight team full time. We are a hybrid hospital and proud to be one of the premier providers of primary, specialty and emergency care located in the heart of the beautiful Finger Lakes region in Upstate New York. Our 18 doctor hospital serves our clients 24/7/365. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing advanced care and management of patients in a specialty setting. We not only have a VTS in anesthesia and analgesia, and two VTS in emergency and critical care on site, but an incredible leadership team to support you in your career journey.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a Veterinary Technician who desires a challenge and the opportunity to grow and contribute with a collaborative team. We value exceptional client care and professionalism and are seeking like-minded individuals. We offer flexible schedules and individualized training and staff development.

Duties Include:

• Physical examinations and patient assessment
• Intubation, anesthesia, and monitoring
• IV fluid administration, CRI calculations
• Hands-free radiology and CT diagnostic imaging

Compensation: $30 - $35/hour, dependent on experience and skill set. Plus $2 on differential

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Full time 30 - 36 hrs/week)
