What You'll Do:

As a Client Service Representative, you're the first face clients seeand the voice they hearwhen they walk in or call. You'll help create a smooth, welcoming experience for pets and their people. No two days are the same, and that's part of the fun.

You'll Be:

• Welcoming clients and helping them check in/out
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Supporting our medical team behind the scenes
• Explaining services and handling payments
• Helping keep the hospital clean, organized, and stress-free for pets
• Educating pet owners on things like flea prevention, heartworm care, and wellness plans

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in customer service (retail, food service, vet clinic, etc.) is a plusbut not required
• You're outgoing, reliable, and ready to be part of a tight-knit team
• Strong multitasker with great communication skills
• Comfortable around animals and passionate about their care
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays
