Associate Resource Groups, Officer Caucuses, and Officer Advisor
This role will manage the end-to-end portfolio of Associate Resource Groups, Officer Caucuses, Constituency Partnerships, and Signature Events & Toolkits for the African American & Native American community at Walmart, as well as our NWA Community. Oversees:
- Black & African American Resource Group (BAARG)
- Tribal Voices Resource Group
- African American Officer Caucus
- Tribal Voices Officer Advisor
- Northwest Arkansas Welcome Committee
Supports ARGs and their initiatives to drive awareness, provide insights and build community with associates across the enterprise. Align and collaborate cross functionally to integrate ARG initiatives into broader organizational strategies. Nurture and build relationships between ARGs, Officer Caucuses, and Officer Advisors. Responsible for cultivating and leveraging constituency partnerships in the portfolio to maximize benefits for the business and associates.
Accountable for measuring, reporting and shaping initiatives within their portfolio and for defining project plans, providing status updates, day-to-day oversight for their assigned portfolio including budget management, contract negotiations, when applicable, and general support.
What You'll Do...
Lead assigned ARGs in the development of their annual business plans and ensure strategic alignment with Belonging Enterprise strategy
Implement governance for the ARGs, Officer Caucuses, and Advisors to align with Belonging principles
Advise Officer Advisors with constituency management, Belonging strategy, and Community
Support Officer Caucuses with administrative and communication tasks, membership metrics and records, member meetings and events while providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquires promptly
Signature Events & Key Belonging Dates
Lead a cross-functional and intersectional committee, develop project plans, manage logistics and execute signature events in the portfolio to deliver exceptional experiences for associates
Lead Key Belonging Date activations for your portfolio by developing resources for the belonging toolkits and driving awareness of enterprise initiatives (e.g. Black History Month Belonging Toolkit, Juneteenth Belonging Toolkit, MLK Day Event, MLK Day Toolkit, & Native American Heritage Month Belonging Toolkit)
Constituency Partnerships
Cultivate, steward, represent and serve as a key liaison for our constituency partnerships & NWA local external partnerships
Identify and cultivate opportunities for collaboration and engagement with partners
Develop a comprehensive list and calendar of key delivery dates for strategic partner requirements, including program cycle timelines, benchmarking dates, and major partner activation events
Overall
Plan and forecast budget for entire portfolio, including reporting back on actuals with their leadership, ARGs and Officer Caucuses
Facilitate the development of portfolio communications strategy, communications with leadership to drive awareness & deliver on key initiatives for your portfolio
Implement measurement tools as designed by Director, Belonging for impact and effectiveness of portfolio initiatives
Manage project plans within the portfolio, based on agile methodology
Partner across the enterprise to integrate portfolio into business guidance and practices

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.
The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field and 3 years' experience in human resources, talent development, organizational development, or a related field OR 5 years' experience in human resources, talent development, organizational development, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications...
Master's degree in organizational development, human resources, management or business administration
