Principal, Systems and Infrastructure Engineer

• Lead the migration of applications and databases from AWS to Azure.
• Architect and implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
• Drive containerization of applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Develop automation scripts in Python and Bash.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Build tooling for compliance validation and inventory tracking.
• Provide Linux system administration and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with development, security, and IT teams.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems and processes.
• Mentor team members and contribute to design discussions and code reviews.

• Extensive experience with AWS and Azure services.
• Proficiency in Terraform for scalable IaC solutions.
• Strong skills in Python and Bash scripting.
• Expertise in Linux system administration and optimization.
• Proven track record with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

The annual salary range for this position is $121,000.00-$242,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: stock.

Minimum Qualifications

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area and 5 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.

Option 2: 7 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Security+, GISF, CISSP, CCSP, or GSEC, Master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity or related area and 3 years' experience leading information security or cybersecurity projects.
