Our multispecialty group, Dignity Health Medical Group – Bakersfield , a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Urologist to join our team in Bakersfield, California. • Bread and butter Urology practice
• Join an experienced urologist and a network of skilled urologists, sharing a 1:7 hospital call schedule
• Access to the da Vinci robotic surgical system

• Dedicated medical assistant (MA) team for efficient workflow

• Opportunity to precept medical students and help shape the next generation of physicians

Available Resources:

• RN triage support during after-hours and weekends
• Dedicated marketing representative to help build your patient panel and connect with the community

Compensation and Benefits:

• Student loan assistance
• Excellent earning potential with a salary guarantee of $400,000 – $475,000 per year
• Generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

• MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
• A valid and unrestricted California medical license
• DEA Certification

$192.00 - $228.00 /hour

Compensation Information:
$240.00 / Hourly - $264.00 / Hourly
