Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:

• Competitive Compensation: Includes a $40,000 Starting Bonus and a $40,000 Retention Bonus (no repayment required).
• Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy a work-life balance with 12- and 8-hour shifts available at our locations from Everett to Marysville.
• Available Positions: Both full-time and part-time roles are open, with clinic hours from Monday to Friday (7:30 AM - 7:30 PM) and Saturday to Sunday (8:00 AM - 5:30 PM).
• Comprehensive Support: Work alongside a vast network of specialty care providers, pharmacies, and ancillary services, including on-site radiologists with STAT readings.
• Growth Potential: After six months, you will have the option to practice virtual, on-demand care.
• Team Support: Work with dedicated MAs and RNs equipped to provide IV care.
• Emergency Room Alternatives: Engage in our Emergency Room diversion program.
• Continuity of Care: Guaranteed follow-up visits with specialty providers for your patients.

Required Qualifications:

• BE/BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine (experiences in treating children is essential).
• Must possess an unrestricted WA State Medical License prior to the start date.
• WA DEA certification required prior to starting the position.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Urgent Care, Walk-in Clinics, or Emergency Medicine is highly preferred.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $226,000 to $366,000 based on full-time employment and is influenced by various factors such as local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.
