Urgent Care Physician

Position Highlights & Key Responsibilities:

• $40,000 Starting Bonus + $40,000 Retention Bonus (no repayment required)
• Flexible scheduling options, including 12- and 8-hour shifts across various locations from Everett to Marysville.
• Full-time and part-time openings with clinic hours Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM and Saturday-Sunday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, featuring customizable schedules in 8-week blocks.
• Strengthened by our extensive network, including specialty care providers, pharmacy and ancillary services, and in-house radiologists for timely STAT readings.
• Opportunities to provide virtual on-demand care after 6 months.
• Support from dedicated Medical Assistants (MA's) and Registered Nurses (RN's) trained in IV administration.
• Participation in an Emergency Room diversion program to enhance patient care.
• Guaranteed follow-up visits with specialty providers.

Required Qualifications:

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine with experience in pediatrics.
• An unrestricted Washington State Medical License before your start date.
• A current Washington State DEA certificate prior to your start date.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Candidates with 2+ years of experience in Urgent Care, Walk-in Clinics, or Emergency Medicine.

The annual salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000, based on full-time employment and contingent on various factors such as local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications.
