Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to enhance our busy Urgent Care unit. If you are eager to provide exceptional care and thrive in a fast-paced outpatient environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat a variety of urgent and non-emergent medical conditions.
• Perform minor procedures including wound care, suturing, and splinting.
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests such as X-rays and labs.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and support staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Educate patients on their treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the EMR system.

Qualifications:

• Current NP or PA license in the state of Texas.
• National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).
• A minimum of one year of urgent care experience is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong clinical judgment with the ability to work independently.

Schedule & Compensation:

• 3 shifts per week with rotating weekends.
