As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols throughout a dynamic logistics and distribution location. This primarily driving post involves maintaining a visible presence, monitoring assigned areas, and providing outstanding customer service to all personnel and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and documenting visitor activity as required.
• Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment within the logistics and distribution location.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly according to Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
