Ultrasound Technologist *PRN

Description

Under the supervision of the Diagnostic Supervisor, Manager or Director, perform ultrasound procedures to assist the physician in the diagnosis and treatment of illness and disease.

Required Qualifications:

• Course study in diagnostic ultrasound or equivalent education/experience.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography within 1 year of hire, or
• National Registered Technologist - Sonography within 1 year of hire, or
• New Mexico Medical Imaging & Radiation Therapy Program License upon hire - if practicing within this state.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year experience as an Ultrasonographer.
