An AM 200 law firm is seeking two experienced Trusts & Estates Associates to join its Palm Beach, Florida office. This is a remarkable opportunity to work with a respected national firm known for excellence, collaboration, and a sophisticated client base.

About the Role: The firm represents high-net-worth individuals, family offices, businesses, nonprofits, and corporate trust departments. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive legal counsel on all aspects of estate planning and trust administration, with opportunities to collaborate across multiple practice areas to deliver strategic, client-centered solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on all aspects of estate planning, wealth transfer, and trust and estate administration.
• Draft wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents.
• Coordinate with tax, corporate, and litigation attorneys to ensure seamless client service.
• Support clients in achieving their estate and philanthropic goals.
• Manage complex matters involving cross-border estate planning (experience preferred).

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 69 years of experience in trusts and estates law.
• Active membership (in good standing) with the Florida Bar.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
