Location: UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies Main Hosp, US:CO:Loveland
Department: Respiratory Therapy
FTE: Full Time, 0.9, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days
Pay: $50.00 per hour plus travel package/stipend
We offer LOCAL traveler contract options for those who reside within 75 miles.
Join us for 13-week assignments with extension options available.
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- Registered as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- 1-year experience
- State licensure
- ACLS, NRP certifications
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross must be obtained before the start date

Job Duties:
- Deliver and assess responses to ordered therapy as per the plan of care. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as necessary.
- Evaluate respiratory care policies and procedures based on patient outcomes, current research, and best practices. Respond to codes and emergency calls for assistance.
- Assess patient conditions and deliver appropriate treatments utilizing established protocols.
- Educate patients and families about illness specifics and provide information about community resources.
