Position: Diagnostic Ultrasound Technologist

Responsibilities:

Perform specialized diagnostic ultrasound procedures using high-frequency sound waves to identify anatomical abnormalities.
Assist in providing personalized, professional, and high-quality patient care.
Transport patients to and from Imaging Services as needed.
Complete departmental paperwork, answer phones, and schedule patients.
Enter and retrieve patient information using PACS and HIS systems.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

ARDMS OB/GYN certification required at time of submission
Nuchal Translucency (NT) certification required
Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program
Minimum 2 years of OB ultrasound experience
Minimum 1 year of MFM ultrasound experience
Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
Strong knowledge of ultrasound equipment operation and maintenance
Proficient understanding of cross-sectional anatomy and physiology
Ability to recognize fetal malformations
