Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist with at least 2 years of recent OR and Epic experience for a night shift travel assignment.

Responsibilities

• Work in a diagnostic radiology department with responsibilities including general X-ray procedures
• Night shifts are 10 hours in length
• Weekend rotations are required, typically every other weekend but subject to change
• No on-call requirements
• Must be willing to float to other campuses as needed
• Epic EMR experience within the last 2 years is required
• Travelers are required to work 2 out of 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Day
• Floating to other locations within the health system is required
• No block scheduling permitted for any reason
• Bi-weekly orientation takes place on Mondays
• Holiday coverage includes 2 out of 4 major winter holidays
• Personal or rental vehicle is strongly recommended due to location
• First-time travelers may be considered

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Radiology Technologist with recent OR experience
• Epic EMR experience within the last 2 years is mandatory
• License required if applicable
• Must have reliable transportation, as public transportation is not accessible in this area
• Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November to April
