Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with active ARRT (R) and BLS certification, plus at least one year of EPIC EMR experience.

Responsibilities

• Position is for an X-Ray Technologist in a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule with five 8-hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Weekend coverage required every other weekend
• Staff may be required to float to other units or campuses as needed, within their competency
• Patient population and caseload details not specified
• Orientation is provided every Monday
• Pre-assignment testing and required educational modules must be completed prior to start, with up to 16 hours billable for module completion
• All travelers must comply with floating policies and will only be floated to units where they are qualified
• Travelers must live more than 100 miles from any of the system's facilities to be eligible; those living 90-99.9 miles away may receive a rate reduction
• Scrub or dress code requirements not specified

Requirements

• Current ARRT (R) certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• At least one year of experience using EPIC EMR
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in the unit
• License required if applicable
