Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Telemetry Progressive Care Nurse for a medical-surgical and step-down unit. This unit serves a diverse patient population with a focus on high-quality clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions using telemetry and other equipment.
• Provide nursing care and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage multiple patients with varying levels of care, including short-stay admissions.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in the EMR system.

Required Experience / Certifications

• Telemetry competency
• Progressive care experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
