*26-WEEK ASSIGNMENT*Job Description:Unit: RehabShift: Full time days (NO block scheduling). Variable shifts needed. Typically 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday, however flexibility needed to work later shifts, typically 9:30-6 would be latest shift. Some weekend shifts. No-on call requirement.Floating Required: Yes.Flexibility to cover evaluations that arise at Hospital, which has inpatient behavioral health beds for children and adolescents. This is unlikely to be a frequent occurrence.MUST be competent to perform: PT evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations in acute care environment.Must have acute care experienceMust work every other major holidayFlu vaccine required during seasonScrub Color: Any colorLevel of Care: Inpatient/Acute careAge Group: Primarily adult & geriatricsCurrent PT license in Massachusetts required at the time of submission. NPI number required.Current AHA BLS requiredEMR Exp Preferred: EPIC
