Must-Have Qualifications (candidates without these will not be considered):
- Minimum 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience
- Experience in Vancomycin consult management
Preferred Qualifications (candidates with these will be considered first):
- Experience attending medical codes (cardiac arrest, stroke, STEMI, trauma)
- Knowledge of antimicrobial stewardship practices
Required Certifications & Licenses:
- Sterile Compounding Certificate
- Active Texas Pharmacist License
