Qualification and Requirements:

Authorized to work in the United States
2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
American Heart Association BLS
Must possess a current Occupational Therapy license from the State of practice
Must have successfully completed the academic requirements of an educational program in occupational therapy approved by the appropriate governing board
An active, current WY State License or reciprocation if applicable
