4 wknd shifts/ contract
Requirements:
- AZ License
- Min 2+ years MS/Tele experience
- EPIC required
- BLS
- NIHSS
- ACLS preferred
- No locals
- Will float w/n scope of practice
- Nursing ratio 8:1
