Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Telemetry RN with a current CA RN license and at least one year of telemetry experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital telemetry unit
• Day shifts from 07:00 to 19:30
• Assignment duration is 52 weeks
• Provide care for telemetry patients in an acute care environment
• Local candidates are accepted at the same pay rate as travelers
• Drug screen, PPD, Flu shot, and COVID vaccination documentation may be required
• Team-oriented work environment with support from hospital staff

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Minimum one year of recent telemetry RN experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from American Heart Association or Red Cross
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Workplace Violence Prevention training (DCI/BVP) required; can be completed through approved resources
