· Number of Staff – Budgeted for 4 CNC, 24 Nurses, 12 PCTs and 2 Unit Secretaries. Current: 2 CNCs, 24 Nurses (including those on orientation), 7 PCT + 2 Contract PCTs, 0 Unit Secretary.

· Type of staff:

o Day/night Shift – 1 CNC 4 - 5 NURSES depending on Patient Need and 2 PCTs, 1 Unit Secretary

Required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
