Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse with a minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in a telemetry setting while ensuring compliance with established protocols and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Permanent Ohio license or compact state license required
• AHA BLS & ACLS certifications required
• Completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation with acceptable scores
